Judge Gianluigi Canali of the Court of Brescia declared the enforceability of the passive state of the bankruptcy of the company Miragica s.p.a., owner of the amusement park with the same name located in the industrial area of Molfetta.
The declaration was received during the hearing held on 23 March in the presence of the trustee of the bankruptcy, Dr. Barbara Bocchio.
There were fifty-six insinuations by as many creditors of the company: all accepted.
Not only former employees of the amusement park but among those who have credits against Miragica s.p.a. there are also the Revenue Agency, the Unicredit company, the Banca del Mezzogiorno, the San Carlo food group, the Confindustria of Brescia, the Lombardy Region but also communications companies, construction or surveillance companies.
The request for the return of the park attractions by the owner Unicredit Leasing spa has also been accepted: in practice, the panoramic train, the carousel with horses, the 4D simulator, the roller coaster tracks, the very high tower attraction for adults and clearly visible in the ASI area of Molfetta as well as the smaller one for children.
During the hearing, the creditors' committee was also appointed and the completion of the verification of the late requests presented at the hearing on June 16 was set.
