After more than six months of retracking work, The Beast is scheduled to re-open to guests on Sunday (May 8). The 43-year-old wooden roller coaster -- the longest in the world at 7,361 feet -- has received more than 2,000 feet of replacement track and a steeper first drop, reprofiled from 45 degrees to 53 degrees. #KI50
